7-Day Return & Replacement Policy

Eligibility Window
We offer a 7-day return or replacement window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
Products Eligible for Return/Replacement
We accept return or replacement requests only for the following conditions:

Wrong item shipped (wrong variant, type, or quantity)

Expired product received

Product has significant manufacturing defects

Product causes instant allergic or adverse skin reaction* (see note below)
*Must be reported with clear photo evidence and, if available, a doctor’s note or prescription.
Products NOT Eligible
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

Product has been opened, used, or tampered with

Product is missing original packaging, label, or invoice

Product was damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling

Return Pickup or Self-Shipping:

We will try to arrange a reverse pickup where available.

If not, you may be asked to self-ship. We will reimburse the shipping cost for approved cases.

Replacement or Refund:

For valid cases, we will send a replacement at no extra charge.

If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
